HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION? 

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied Personal Information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway provider's database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION FOR? 

We will hold your Personal Information on our systems for the longest of the following periods: (i) as long as is necessary for the relevant services; (ii) any retention period that is required by law or professional standards; or (iii) the end of the period in which litigation or investigations might arise in respect of the Services. Further, any copies of Personal Information stored in our electronic backups will be destroyed in accordance with that backup’s ordinary lifecycle.

SOCIAL MEDIA

Our social media accounts are managed by our staff. Our accounts will be updated and monitored on weekdays during office hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST) but may be monitored and responses sent at other times of the day. We may repost links and content that we think are relevant to us or of interest to you, either on any of our social media accounts, or on our blog. ANY REPOSTS OR LINKS DO NOT IMPLY AN ENDORSEMENT BY US. FOLLOWING AN ACCOUNT ON SOCIAL MEDIA DOES NOT IMPLY AN ENDORSEMENT OF ANY KIND.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF AN IMPROPER DISCLOSURE? 

We will always take reasonable measures to protect your Personal Information. We will continually review and update our security policies and controls as our technology changes to ensure ongoing information security.

Should any event occur where Personal Information has been lost, stolen, or potentially compromised, our policy is to alert our clients via email, telephone, or mail. We will also report such incident to any required data protection authority. We will work closely with any clients affected to determine the actions needed to rectify the data breach and how to avoid any similar event in the future.
